If you have any problems with your products, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges for products are not guaranteed, all products descriptions are given to customers prior to purchase. After 7 days from purchase, exchanges will not be permitted. If an exchange is granted, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs – which includes sending original product back to JCSE (must include tracking information).

Packages are insured and you have the option of an exchange should your package arrive damaged.

JCSE uses USPS to ship products throughout the United States with tracking. There is a flat rate of $9.00 to mail your order, unless otherwise specified.

If your order is shipped and the package is received back at JCSE as "returned to sender", the buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost required to re-send the package to the buyer’s chosen address.
