Frequently Asked Questions
If you are late, your treatment will be modified and end on time so the next appointment is not inconvenienced, but we'll make every effort to accommodate your full appointment. If service time is abbreviated to avoid delays for other appointments, your treatment is still charged the full value.
Last minute changes will be honored ONLY if an appointment is available for a later time on the SAME DAY of your appointment and other clients are not inconvenienced.
If you are late and there is NOT enough time to safely and correctly perform the scheduled treatment(s) you will need to reschedule and you forfeit your deposit.
We reserve our time exclusively for you once your appointment is confirmed. We kindly ask for 48 hours but REQUIRE a minimum of 24 hours notice to modify or cancel your existing reservation without charge.
Please reach out to us as soon as you're aware of any issues that may affect your appointment. Any cancellations or modifications with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatments.
Failure to call or show up for a confirmed appointment will result in a 100% charge for the reserved services and booking future appointments may be affected.
Debit/Credit Card Fee
Due to increasing costs in products, supplies, changing COVID-19 compliance regulations a new policy for the use of debit and credit card transactions will be implemented.
A 3% percent convenience fee will be assessed on ALL credit card transactions.
No transaction fee will be assessed on payments made by cash or electronic payments such as Zelle.
We enthusiastically welcome all guests! However, some services may require in-person parental release as well as, parental presence in the treatment room. For guests under the age of 18, we require the accompaniment of an adult (one adult per child). In addition, both parties will be required to sign a written consent and in-take form, when applicable.
All humans (sorry furry friends) & All ages are welcome!
So far the youngest we have treated was 8 and the oldest was 91 :)
Tipping/Gratuities are not included in the price for our treatments but are graciously accepted. Customary gratuities range from 15-20% of the service price, or a larger amount if you experience exceptional service.
You can also show your support by sharing your experience on your social media platforms and referring your family and friends to receive a treatment.
Due to excessive no shows and late arrivals, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for all Saturday appointments and new clients
